Mindfulness meditation, or vipassana meditation, is all about becoming aware of all the things around and inside you and is great for stress relief and reconnecting with your physical body to center yourself. Mindfulness allows you to focus on this present moment and not reflecting on the past or worrying about the future. You have to be mindful and experience this moment right now. Mindfulness is a very well-known type of meditation, and is great for beginners, as it is very simple and easy. what you need to do is to observe your breathe and what you hear, smell and feel but without analyzing anything or interacting with thoughts.
