This positive affirmation exercise will help boost and improve your self confidence and self esteem so that you can attract happiness into your life by the law of attraction. Positive affirmations are used to influence your subconscious mind to believe this new truth your are repeating to yourself with the affirmations. Positive affirmations are thereby able to boost your self confidence and make you believe in yourself and your own abilities and talents of you are wandering how to be more confident, how to improve your self esteem and how to overcome shyness and insecurities. Positive affirmations are not a one time thing, but a lifestyle change, where you will replace your negative vocabulary with positive and empowering words, that you make you feel confident with who you are, and what you have to offer. Self confident and self esteem is something we all want, as we live in a world where the only way to get what we want and be taken seriously is by radiating self confidence, though we all have self doubt and sometimes low self esteem. Positive affirmations can help you appreciate yourself and realize that you are a unique person and the things you have to offer, no one else have.
