Heal and open your throat chakra, Vishuddha, so that you can overcome shyness and learn to speak up and be heard. an under-active throat chakra can make you shy and insecure and make you hold back your opinions and afraid of speaking. an overactive throat chakra can make you loud and pompous and a bad listener. So heal and balance your throat chakra with this guided chakra meditation and allow yourself to feel more confident, and with greater self esteem. This throat chakra meditation will allow you to heal your chakra and make it glow and spin again, just the way it is supposed to. We need to balance all of our chakras to make sure that we are feeling whole and express every part of us and our personality.
