Guided relaxing Zen meditation Zazen followed by the Buddhist walking meditation Kinhin for enlightenment and inner awareness. Zen meditation or Zazen is an ancient Buddhism meditation practice, that means seated meditation, and allows you to empty your mind and find inner peace and awareness. Walking meditation can be a great break from seated meditation, but is also a integrated part of the Zen meditation, as it allows for another experience and another way of achieving inner peace, enlightenment and awareness. This is a guided zen meditation that last 30 minutes, and will take you through the exercise. In the zen meditation Zazen you will sit in either full, half lotus or burmese meditation posture with your hands in the cosmic mudra breathing into your hara. For the Kinhin walking meditation, your hands will be in the Shashu mudra and you will walk clockwise taking one half step for each exhalation. So try this Zen meditation and walking meditation to learn how to relax. There will be soothing and relaxing water sounds in the background to help you relax and connect with the nature. This is the last day of the 30 day meditation challenge for beginners. Congratulation! you have now finished this 30 day challenge which is a great step, as the hardest part is often to get started with meditation. Hope it has been a great experience and that it has taught you how to meditate. Subscribe for more great videos!
